Your privacy

Arctic Pixel Lab keeps this policy deliberately plain. It covers the little data this site touches, why we touch it, and the rights you have over it.

Information we receive

The site itself stores no personal data. If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive what you chose to send — typically your name, your address for correspondence, and the content of your message.

Clause 03

What we do with it

Everything you send is used to deal with your enquiry and nothing else. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address around.

Clause 04

Local storage

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page. You can remove it at any time through your browser settings.

Clause 05

Third parties

No third party receives your details from us — not for marketing, not for "partnerships", not in aggregate. The only exception is a lawful order we cannot refuse.

Clause 06

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed to handle your matter and any follow-up, after which it is deleted. Records we are legally required to keep are kept for the statutory period and no longer.

Clause 07

What you can ask of us

You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@arcticpixellab.com and we will act on it promptly after confirming it is really you asking.

Clause 08

Protection

What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
